Delivery of Our Wire EDM Machines
We offer global shipping for our EDM wire cutting machines, primarily via sea freight for safe and efficient delivery. We are dedicated to excellent service and will keep tracking your order’s progress throughout the shipping process.
Order Process Time
For in-stock products, orders are typically processed within 3 business days after confirming the shipping address. We strive to ensure timely handling of all orders and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions about your order status, please feel free to reach out to us.
Shipment Time
Typically, once an order is shipped, the estimated transit time is between 20 to 35 days. Please note that shipments do not occur on weekends or during public holidays. If there is a significant increase in the volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipment. Please be prepared to wait a few extra days for your delivery. In the case of a major delay in shipping your order, you will be informed through email.
Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information you provide to us is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, delays, or other issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to you. Usually, the tracking details are refreshed within 5-7 days. Should there be no update on your tracking information after 15 days, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Taxes and Import Duties
For the shipping channel of European Dedicated Line, we will pre-collect value-added tax based on your destination country. The VAT rates are as follows: Germany – 21%, France – 22%, Italy – 24%, Spain – 23%, Poland – 27%, other countries – 30%.
Upon arrival in your country, your order may incur import duties. These fees, if applicable, are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
