At WireEdmMachines, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us via [email protected] to contact a representative.
Returns Eligibility
Returns for Wire EDM machines are only permitted under the following conditions due to their specialized nature:
- The machine is received in a defective or damaged state.
- The machine significantly deviates from the provided description or specifications.
- A return request is made within 30 days of product receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- EDM machines that have been used, modified, or tampered with.
- Consumable components, including electrode wire, working fluid, and other accessories.
- Discounted machines are also ineligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
Inspection and Approval: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the machine to initiate a return.Provide proof of the issue, such as photos, videos, or detailed descriptions.
Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number along with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Instructions: The customer is responsible for securely repackaging the machine using the original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
Terms of Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the item is in brand new condition and includes the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging along with all packing materials. Additionally, customers are responsible for both the initial shipping costs and return shipping fees.
For products that have quality issues within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a refund. However, the customer must cover the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after the 30-day period.
If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please accept the delivery first. After that, contact us for instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exchange
WireEdmMachines will process the exchange, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The price of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. If the price of the exchanged product is higher than that of the original purchase, an additional fee will be charged to cover the difference. Conversely, if the price of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchase price, the difference will be refunded.
Defective Merchandise
WireEdmMachines goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control. We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions.
Refund
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Pleased note that refunds are issued only to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed. If you do not see the refund within 14 business days, please contact us.
