The TQX600 middle speed EDM wire cut machine features five-axis four-linkage cutting, enhancing processing capabilities from multiple angles. With a precision of ≤0.01mm, it meets stringent dimensional requirements for every workpiece.
This machine supports a maximum cutting taper of ±6° and can handle thicknesses up to 80mm. Its performance rivals that of slow wire EDM machines, achieving a surface roughness of RA ≤1.0-1.2μm.
